Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I.                   Return

1.1 Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

An item is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
  • It is in its original condition with labels and tags intact
  • The return request is submitted within the return period
  • The return is pre-authorized by our customer service team
  • No perfume or fragrance scent on the item

Note: We carefully check the quality of every product after it’s made and again before it ships. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

1.3. How to start a return or Exchange

To start a return please email truecollectionzz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • The order number
  • Your name and shipping address (as it was on the order).
  • The reason for return with photos or proof of the mistake.
  • Clear photos of the item and the original packaging,
  • Claims that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Allow two business days for us to review your claim between Monday-Friday

1.4 Items Excluded from Returns

Returns are not accepted for:   

  • Items with broken hygiene seals
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through improper handling
  • Underwear, shapewear, and bras are non-returnable if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Note: Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery do not qualify for return or exchange. 

1.5 Return Shipping Address

To ensure a smooth return process, all approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team after pre-approval. Once received, items will be reviewed, and any that do not meet our return guidelines will be sent back without a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, selecting a trackable shipping method, and any applicable customs duties or fees.

Please note that True Collectionz Fashion LLC is not responsible for return packages that are delayed, sent to an incorrect address, or lost by the shipping carrier.

II.                 Refunds

Note: No refunds will be issued unless the mistake was our own or the item is defective upon delivery. 

Eligible claims submitted within the required timeframe may qualify for a refund, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and the evidence provided.

1.1 Refund terms and method

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be finalized by your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

1.2 How Discounts Work When You Return Items

If your order includes a promotional discount (such as bundle offers, Stack & Save, or buy-more-save-more deals) and you return one or more items, your refund may be adjusted.

  • Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid, not the original item price
  • Discounts apply only when the promotion requirements are met
  • If a return causes your order to no longer qualify for the promotion, the discount will be removed or adjusted

If you receive a discount for purchasing multiple items and later return part of your order, the remaining items may be repriced at their original (non-discounted) value. Your refund will reflect this adjustment.
