Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day. You will be notified if delays occur.
Local Delivery (Within 20 Miles)
We offer convenient local delivery for customers within a 20‑mile radius.
Delivery Window: 1–3 business days
Delivery Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM
Contactless Delivery: Packages are placed safely at your doorstep or a designated drop‑off spot.
A flat-rate delivery fee applies and will appear at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free local delivery depending on order total.
Standard Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders outside our local delivery zone.
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on best available rate)
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your selection.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned to our warehouse by the shipper due to an incomplete delivery
We may arrange a redelivery once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse and the correct address is confirmed, or offer store credits as a gesture of goodwill, depending on the conditions of the undelivered items.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is shipped, carrier delivery scans confirm successful handoff.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
